Sustainably designed and handmade in Los Angeles, CA

Details

  • Shell 100% upcycled deadstock fabric

  • Label 100% upcycled leather scraps

  • 2 straps

  • Dimensions 14” x 14”

Sustainability Impact

Due to a lack of transparency within the fashion industry, it is hard to know how much deadstock fabric is thrown away or incinerated each year. But we do know that the amount of textile waste in landfills has doubled in the last 20 years - 17 million tons of textiles were dumped in American landfills in 2017 according to the EPA, contributing to the 10% of all global CO2 emissions from the fashion industry. The term ‘deadstock’ has been adopted from brands who are ‘greenwashing’ their collections, to appear more sustainable. All of our deadstock is hand sourced by our curated experts from downtown Los Angeles, CA. No greenwashing here!

Care Instructions

Machine wash inside out, with like colors

Tumble dry (or line dry for a more sustainable choice)
